Maui Babe has been a small family-owned and operated business proudly based in Maui, Hawaii since 1996. Rooted in the island lifestyle, our women-owned brand creates products designed to help achieve deep, dark, natural-looking tans while embracing hydration, self-care, and confidence in the sun.

Our collection features tanning and skincare favorites including Browning Lotion, After Browning Lotion, Shimmer Lotions, and Body Butter. What began as a dream on Maui has grown into a nationally loved brand while staying true to our roots, our community, and the spirit of aloha. Mahalo for being an Amazing Maui Babe!

Return Policy

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING GOODS

All returns must be shipped to:

Returns are ONLY accepted for UNUSED/UNOPENED product.

Within the package being sent back to us as a return, include the packing slip or a printed copy of the invoice previously emailed to you. If not available, please include a note that contains the following information: shipping name, address, phone number, date of order, order number, and the reason for refund/exchange. Please send the goods in appropriate packaging. 

We do not pay for the return shipping cost and will not be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

If we do not hear from you within 14 days from receipt of delivery, it will be assumed that the customer’s order was received as expected and without damage, and no refund/exchange/replacement will be offered.

Additionally, there are no refunds on any charges related to packing and shipping for orders returned to us due to our shipping courier being unable to deliver the items based upon an incorrect address given to us by the customer during the checkout process.

Refunds are only issued back to the original form of payment. It is the customer’s responsibility to return all items to us. The shipping method we recommend is USPS Priority Mail.
